Consultancy & Recipe Development
Director Taryne Hall has written for publications and developed recipes for restaurants and private clients alike. Health is always a natural balance in her cuisine. Designing eclectic menus and themed events is her forte.
Taryne has trained staff, implemented systems and written menus for cafés and restaurants in Australia, UK, Hong Kong and her hometown New Zealand. Relish Kitchen was established in 2005 when Taryne moved from the UK to HK. It was her ambition to grow it organically, discovering the needs of the local market. Her kiwi origins and gypsy lifestyle has provided Relish Kitchen with its colorful flavor.
